Yes! Youth Ventures is a FREE program available to students between the ages of 12-29. There are no costs for our services.

You're in luck! Youth Ventures is available across Newfoundland and Labrador with 22 Site Coordinators to help you develop and grow your business! Find your Local Coordinator today to get started!

It's easy! All you need to do is pick up the phone, email, or visit your local coordinator and they'll help you get started in the program.

As a participant in the program you can commit to as much or as little time as you want. It's your business, so you're success is directly related to your commitment to it. Our coordinators are there to guide you through any trouble you have, provide support, and give you tools to develop your business. Each participant is responsible for the business they develop and the day to day activities of it.

Youth Ventures, as of yet, does not provide any loans of grants to participants. However, being a participant of the program the coordinators can help you develop a business plan which can be used to obtain funding from a participating CBDC, local financial institution, or other funding sources.

As a Participant of the Youth Ventures program there a lot of benefits you'll receive. For starters, you'll have one on one time with a Site Coordinator who is there to help YOU. The Site Coordinator can help you develop a business idea, guide you in preparing a business plan, and help you grow your business. As a participant in the program you'll have access to free flyers, business cards, summer events, and amazing networking opportunities with other participants as well as with community leaders.

Another benefit is that by operating your own business, you get to set your own hours, develop your ideas, and ultimately be your own boss! Is there anthing more you could ask for during the summer?
